E-bike amendments to City Code The Flagstaff City Council approved revisions to City Code regarding e-bikes and e-scooters, but asked the Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committees to consider education and signing for trail etiquette, and to consider which FUTS trails should be open or closed to electric bicycles.
