Letter of support for Rivers, Trails, and Conservation Assistance Program grant for preparation of a regional trails plan The City, County, FMPO, and Coconino National Forest are considering an application for a Rivers, Trails, and Conservation Assistance (RTCA) program grant through the National Park Service to assist with preparation of a trails master plan for the region.
