The Hub on Campus Flagstaff project would result in major impacts to these two buildings. Relocation of the buildings, in lieu of demolition, is recommended. Electronic copy attached. NEW BUSINESS Historic Facades and Signs Grant-23 S Agassiz Address: 23 S Agassiz St Assessor’s Parcel Number: 104-01-080C Property Owner: Dawn Tucker and Stefano Coaloa Applicant: Stefano Coaloa City Staff: Karl Eberhard, HPO REQUESTED ACTION: Accept Historic Facades and Signs Grant application Applicant is rehabilitating the property located at 23 S Agassiz St and is applying for a Historic Facades and Signs Grant with the intention of rehabilitating as many of the original materials as possible and/or placing new materials on top of original for preservation. The scope of work includes repointing the mortar in the chimney, replacing broken glass, reconstructing wood frame windows, rehabilitation of the siding, reinforcing the original roof structure, and installing 3-D cedar-look shingles. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Accept Historic Facades and Signs Grant application
Installation of Mosaic Tiles on N Thorpe Rd Bridge-Courtesy Review Address: N Thorpe Rd and Rio de Flag Assessor’s Parcel Number: N/A Property Owner: City of Flagstaff Applicant: Karen Knorowski City Staff: Karl Eberhard, HPO REQUESTED ACTION: Review and provide comments and direction. The N Thorpe Rd Bridge crosses the Rio de Flag and is located in the Townsite Overlay District and Townsite National Register Historic District.
