Support for ADOT Interstate 17 Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA) Grant Application (pages 35-37) FMPO Staff: David Wessel, Manager REQUESTED ACTION: Discussion and Possible Action Staff will provide an overview of the ADOT application and provide alternatives for support. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a Resolution of Support
FMPO Budget Reporting (pages 43-54) FMPO Staff: David Wessel, Manager REQUESTED ACTION: Discussion and Possible Action Staff will update the Board on current budget status and balance of funds available by fund category and seek adoption of a reporting policy. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve schedule and format for regular financial reporting
UPWP Work Program Amendment - Data Support (pages 15-18) FMPO Staff: David Wessel, Manager REQUESTED ACTION: Discussion and possible action Staff will seek Board support to reprogram available funds to acquire origin-destination data to support ongoing studies by ADOT, NAIPTA and FMPO. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Amend the work program adding $60,000 for data acquisition.
