Locations for this funding could include bridge abutments, road barriers, guardrails, retaining walls, etc., that ADOT funds and constructs in its right-of-way. Of the locations that ADOT deems appropriate to receive beautification and/or public art, most will be highly visible and therefore would be good opportunities to incorporate beautification and public art.
